Cancellation Policy

Private Lesson Policy All private lessons are planned and reserved individually for each student. Cancellations: Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be fully charged. Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled within the same term, subject to coach availability. Missed lessons cannot be carried forward to the next term. Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once booked. Credits are only considered in case of medical absence supported by a doctor’s note. Group session Policy Knightsbridge Fencing Club Dubai carefully plans each class for a limited number of fencers. For this reason, fees are strictly non-refundable, and no refunds will be granted for classes not attended. The Club cannot accept responsibility for any unforeseen changes that may prevent attendance. Once you enrol for a term, full payment applies even if you or your child are unable to attend classes for any unforeseen reason, unless supported by an official doctor’s notice. All memberships automatically roll over to the next term unless cancelled with a 30 days notice. Make-Up Classes Policy Scheduling: If you miss a class with an excused absence, you must schedule your make-up session within the term. After that, the make-up token is forfeited. Same Term Only: Make-up classes must be used within the same term as the absence. They cannot be carried over, transferred to another person, or redeemed in a future term. Eligibility: Make-ups are only available if the absence was notified and recorded in advance. Missed make-ups or missed classes without notice are not eligible for a refund or credit. Trainer & Timing: Make-up classes may not always be with the same trainer or at the same day/time as your regular booking. You fully understand and agree that in participating in any fencing program, there is the possibility of accident, injury. You agree to assume these risks and release and discharge the owners of Knightsbridge Fencing Club and all other participants in the stated activities of and from all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action of any sort, for injuries sustained to the member’s person and/or property during the member’s presence on the premises and the member’s participation in the stated activities.
