Parental Consent & Release Form

Independent Travel & Release Permission

I, the parent / legal guardian of my child, hereby give permission for my child to independently walk to Knightsbridge Fencing Club for his or her scheduled training sessions.

I also authorise Knightsbridge Fencing Club to release my child at the end of each training session without requiring a parent or guardian to be present for collection, as I consider my child mature and responsible enough to leave the club premises independently.

I fully understand and accept that once my child is released by Knightsbridge Fencing Club, responsibility for his or her safety and supervision transfers to me and my child. Knightsbridge Fencing Club, its staff, coaches, and representatives shall not be held liable for any incidents that may occur once my child has been released from the club.

This consent remains valid until revoked by me in writing.

I give permission for my child to travel to and from Knightsbridge Fencing Club independently and to be released without adult supervision. I accept full responsibility for my child once they leave the club premises and release Knightsbridge Fencing Club from all liability after release.
