Cancellation Policy

1. Validity Period Package valid for 6 months from date of booking. Unused lessons after this period will automatically expire. 2. Booking & Confirmation Parents must email the club to confirm their preferred day and time with the instructor. All lessons subject to coach and piste availability. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations Minimum 48 hours’ notice required to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will be counted as used. The club reserves the right to reschedule due to competitions, events, or coach unavailability. 4. Complimentary Lessons Complimentary sessions apply only after full payment. Complimentary lessons are non-transferable and must be used by the same fencer within the validity period. 5. Payment Terms Full payment must be completed before the first session via the secure payment link. Packages are non-refundable once paid. Bookings cannot be transferred to another child, except within the same family with prior club approval. 6. Attendance & Punctuality Fencers should arrive 5 minutes early. Lessons start and finish on time; late arrivals may shorten session duration. Cancellation Policy Our classes and private lessons are planned for a limited number of students and coaches. For this reason, we regret that fees are not refundable once the term has started and that no refund can be granted for classes not attended. Knightsbridge Fencing Club cannot accept any responsibility for unforeseen changes that may prevent attendance. All fees are non-refundable. Membership must be paid in advance and by making the payment you agree to Knightsbridge Fencing Clubs Cancellation Policy. All payments must be made before each term begins. Private lessons must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the time scheduled. If cancelled later, then full charges apply. Once you sign up to the term a full payment applies even if you or your child can't attend the class for any unforeseen reason. You fully understand and agree that in participating in any fencing program, there is the possibility of accident, injury. You agree to assume these risks and release and discharge the owners of Knightsbridge Fencing Club and all other participants in the stated activities of and from all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action of any sort, for injuries sustained to the member’s person and/or property during the member’s presence on the premises and the member’s participation in the stated activities.
